Job Purpose
The MTAC Excellence Analyst works across the Maintenance, Turnaround, and Construction (MTAC) organization and with their stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. He has the responsibility, to implement, align, sustain and improve the work processes in the Client’s MTAC Department.
1. Provides leadership and drives improvements to achieve Productivity and Cost Competitiveness in all MTAC activities.
2. Drives Consistent Performance as per Maintenance Execution (ME), Turnaround(TA) and Capex/Plant Change Request(PCR) process. This is to ensure end-to-end integrated delivery of performance within MTAC.
3. Ensure Safety, Reliability, and Availability of facilities to meet business needs
Job Scope
Providing support in MTAC Excellence:
1. Manage transition in changes in ERP
2. MTAC initiatives tracking and control
3. Ensure and track IW41 SAP time confirmation
4. Cost analysis
5. ME procedure and work instructions updating
6. MTAC report consolidation and Analysis
Providing support in Contract Performance:
7. Consolidation of Contractor Activity Analysis data
8. Site verification on Activity Analysis
9. Comparison of actual man hours vs SoN/plan Manhours
10. LOD on Contractor Data for PO, claims
11. FTE Headcount reporting
12. Updating of Contractor KPI
13. Worker Survey data – consolidation and prepare chart
14. Fatigue report
15. Managing MS Teams for contractors, set up , addition/deletion of members
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering
- At least 3 years of IT, Maintenance, Engineering related experience, preferably in Oil and Gas.
- Basic knowledge in Coding, AI and Digitalization
- Preferred with SAP knowledge
- Good HSE knowledge including HSE management systems
- Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
