Asset Management

• Oversee daily operations of building facilities and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) equipment for offices and warehouses, ensuring a safe and functional environment for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Contract & Procurement team to manage and execute specific or ad-hoc procurement, cyclical replacements, and enhancement projects for the mall.
• Address all feedback and service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to ensure adherence to professional standards in daily operations.
• Participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc.).
