Description

Provide Mac product leadership from product introduction to end-of-life for our Southeast Asia business, supporting business and marketing reviews as needed Support Mac, macOS and Pro Apps launches with press, partner and customer-facing staff

Contribute to the annual research and marketing plan, articulating and validating the opportunity and priorities for the overall Mac category across key Southeast Asia countries, subsequently driving and supporting in-market execution as needed

Liaise with worldwide Product Marketing and Engineering teams on relevant local business needs and feature requirements, influencing the product roadmap through clear recommendations that improve overall customer experience across hardware, software and services

Become a visible and vocal member of the international Mac Product Marketing team

Be the guardian of product messaging and positioning across all key customer touch points, advancing the cause of excellence

Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third party products, applications and market trends across related consumer, enterprise and education segments

Key Qualifications

• Superior storytelling capabilities, presentation and negotiation skills, with strong oral and written communication
• 7+ years experience in product marketing or other marketing disciplines, preferred but not limited to computer, creative pro apps, software and/or internet services industries
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic planning expertise, with deep technical awareness and knowledge of industry trends
• A self starter with the ability to continually prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, matrixed and fast paced environment
• Prior work with international teams in a multi-national company, in roles that require technical fluency and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer
• Flexibility to travel (up to 50% of the time)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required. MS/MA/MBA preferred but not conditional.

Responsibility:

1. Assist in all project development work in respect of technical design and process design; other engineering-related activities as and when required. Especially on the civil & structural related activities and work – like topographical, soil investigation, structural design, racking design confirmation & coordination.
2. Coordinates activities related to facility/property management, work safety and security, fire safety and industrial engineering for logistics planning when required
3. Prepare and manage project development costing & documentation
4. Monitor work results against objectives and directs measures to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
5. Liaises closely with other department, especially operations, procurement, and quality.
6. Conduct regular inspection on racking, & structural design to support professional engineer.
7. Ensure compliance with all related building & statutory codes requirement.

Knowledge of Green Mark Platinum and LEED Platinum requirement and sustainability for our building, and maintaining the status

Knowledge of ISO management system and EHS system for facilities

• Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in project development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification with minimum five years of related working experience in the Chemical industry
• Experiences and knowledge about maintenance of mechanical rotating equipment and static facilities
• Experiences as E&I Process/Maintenance Engineer at chemical plant or manufacturing facility
• Familiar with high voltage power supply/MCC, control panel and/or DCS design and system to manage establishment

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance
