Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities related to building management.
• Ensure infrastructure is well-maintained and facilities are safe and operational.
• Manage outsourced service providers for facility-related issues.
• Handle third-party contract management and negotiations.
• Inspect building structures for necessary repairs or renovations.
• Conduct risk and reliability assessments.
• Create and manage department operating and capital budgets.
• Establish and enforce facilities policies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule maintenance-related shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with code and environmental regulations for all facility activities.
• Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.

• Coordinate capital expenditure projects within the company, including machine transfers.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Based in property and reports to Director of Maintenance
• Maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations of the properties
• Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors
• Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs
• Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline.
• Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures
• Assist on quotation for Director of Maintenance’s review and management’s approval
• Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory work experience in hotel engineering team
• Min. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of building mechanical HVAC and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills
• Fire Safety Manager certification preferred
• Must have sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance in Electrical & Instrumentation
• Assure that every electrical installation is securely safe to use in terms of the environment.
• Work on the devices, control logic, and programming required.
• Identify equipment faults and provide recovery recommendations.
• Source, acquire, maintain, and repair parts or electrical equipment that are suitable for the system.
• Perform system maintenance in accordance with the supervisors' instructions.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Able to work in a team
• Able to travel overseas with short notice.
