Project / Renovation

• Design, coordinate, evaluate & project supervision to new area / department expansion and modification to existing production / office re-layout renovation.
• Prepare project description, drawing and activities for contractor to submit their quotation.

Facility maintenance

• Work out and control the annual budget for Facility and Security.
• Planning and execution of overall facilities request, servicing and repair activities.
• Upkeep facility equipment in their optimization and serviceable condition.
• Monitor and renewal of building rental, electricity supply contract, building and M&E service maintenance contract and licenses.

Janitorial

• In-charge of a team of cleaners to upkeep the janitorial services within the plant, production, warehouse and office area.
• Carry out regular carpet shampoo and cleaning to ESD flooring.

Security matters

• In-charge of agency security guards and the security measures within the plant.
• Monitoring of CCTV and its recording system.
• Upkeep security equipment and its installation.

Liaison with external parties

• Liaise with external contractors, consultants, suppliers, vendors and Ministries to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Utilities Billing

• Assist FM department to track and update hospital and departments utilities billing
• Manage and keep track of all expenses and reimbursement status

Department Budget

• Purchasing of documents
• Manage e-payments & claims, raise PR and department Welfare Budget

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any field from a recognized university
• Project management experience in setting up medical specialist centre will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environment
• Possess excellent leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive with a “can do” attitude

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E services, such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the estate's common area
• To perform weekly check on the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failure of systems
• To carry out minor troubleshoot on any failure on the M&E systems

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterpart
• Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels

Job Description:

• To ensure electrical, instrumentation and control engineering technical scope performance meeting the project specification, budget and stakeholder expectation.
• Identify and responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering deliverables.
• Responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering change order and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectation.
• Able to read and implement the project technical specification to the project deliverables.
• Attend client/ consultants meeting for technical clarifications and related activities.
• Facilitate the generation of the control, electrical and instrumentation engineering risks and mitigations for the project risk register.
• Manage the electrical and instrumentation package vendors and review vendors’ quotation
• Ensure CIE engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budget
• Conduct FAT/SAT and equipment troubleshooting
• Prepare panel drawings, circuit drawings and all electrical documents
• Prepare instrument data sheets and instrument list
• Prepare automation engineering documentation such as functional description specifications, control philosophy, control system architecture
• Design of Electrical & Instrumentation panels based on water and wastewater treatment process requirements (focus on RO & MBR applications basis)
• Identify instruments, electrical equipment and components to procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, control and instrumentation or related fields
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects a plus
• 5 years and above experience.
• Experience in the industries standard, NORSOK, NEK, PSA, IEC, BS & etc. and hazardous areas classification.
• Willing to travel overseas
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• General computer knowledge is essential (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
