• Analyze results to identify trends, anomalies, or potential issues, providing detailed feedback to engineers and management.
• Assist in developing test plans and protocols for new products or systems.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all testing is performed in compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and quality guidelines (e.g., ISO, SAE, etc.).
• Support the Quality Assurance team in verifying product specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Assist in preparing test reports for internal reviews, regulatory compliance, and customer submissions.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to provide insights and feedback on product performance.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of issues during the testing phase.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and product quality.

Safety and Documentation:

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document and report any safety or technical issues encountered during testing.
• Maintain accurate records of tests performed, including results, methodologies, and deviations from standard procedures.

Assist in other related duties assigned by Manager as and when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum O/N levels or equivalent; An associate diploma or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive testing, quality control, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints with precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, often in a fixed position.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Capability to lift and move components and assemblies as needed (up to 20kg).

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo continuous training and stay updated with the latest advancements in precision assembly techniques.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of Renewable Energy Biomass Boiler ,Steam Turbine and ancillary units operation and maintenance.
• Bio-mass Fuel arrival co-ordination.
• Control and check-up all the operation parameters and safety system in boiler , Steam turbines and ancillary units.
• Report to the Plant Supervisor/Engineer, immediately in case of any break down and other Emergency problems at any time.
• Fill up the check list and log sheet with proper supervision.
• Plant Safety and House keeping.
• Involve in plant routine maintenance.
• Involve in operating the equipment and hands-on manual work to enable smooth flow of work.
• Boiler and Feed water quality analysis.
• Chemical dosing supervision.
• Ensure proper shift hand over to their fellow colleagues.
• Any other adhoc duties as and when delegated by Plant Engineer and the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education or graduated from ITE in Mechanical or Electrical
• Ability to exercise initiative and follow instruction given
• Computer literate and able to write and communicate in English
• Willing to work on 12 hour shift pattern (day or night shift)
• Candidates who have attained class 1 or 2 Boiler Attender certification will be an added advantage

• Provide support to end users by addressing their technical concerns and inquiries.
• Assist with operating system migrations and offer related technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting.
• Take responsibility for resolving all problems related to a defined list of end-user equipment and software.
• Install and configure software applications as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
• Resolve and close assigned incidents, prioritizing ticket resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Adjust and synchronize application settings to align with environmental requirements.
• Handle the relocation and setup of computer devices and peripherals.
• Configure user profiles for various applications as needed.
• Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to end users on the status of their issues.
• Offer guidance to end users on completing specific tasks related to their technical needs.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
