• Provide routine checks and readings report at Data Centre - high megawatts DC, MOP & SOP experience, UPS, STS, DRUPS, CRAC, PDU, Chillers, BMS, fire protection systems, HVAC.
• Ensure all standby equipment ready for critical loads.
• To be on standby for any facilities related emergency and may need to attend onsite if necessary.
• Record down Power and Racks utilization for at Data Centers.
• Review and handle site incidents
• Support the team in the management, operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment / services and building management functions
• Supervise the outsourced facilities management service vendor to ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations

Job Purpose

This position reports to the Supervisor and interact with people of all levels (Internal and external organisations). Primarily job responsibility is to perform upkeep and building related repair works, plumbing and general works (like painting, hacking, and cleaning etc) to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical:

• Perform routine checklist and service reports for plumbing services like water tanks, pump etc.
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of water pipes, taps, plumbing accessories including building fixtures
• Troubleshooting and repairing of malfunction equipment, appliance, and apparatus
• Perform painting, cleaning works etc

· Supply all relevant information to the Supervisor for review at the specified intervals set.

· Able to use hand and power tools

· Assist Licensed plumber as required

· Assist Supervisor with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

Personal Attributes

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

· Able to work well within a team-based environment.

Skill Requirements

· GCE “N” level or Nitec or equivalent

· Fresh graduate.

· Proven experience as handyman experience is most welcomed

JOB RESPONSILIBITY:

· The programme involves a fully-sponsored training programme with an allowance over the one-year training period.

· Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a two-year or four-year bond.

Primary Duties
