About the role:

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in supporting both residents and team. Reporting to the Condominium Manager, you will facilitate the onboarding of new residents and coordinate service requests, manage an efficient filing system. This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience in the service industry or residential development, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

What you will be doing:

• Resident Support: Act as the first point of contact for residents and tenants, answering phone calls, handling enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Onboarding New Residents: Assist new owners and tenants in the application process for card access, keys and manage move-in/move-out logistics to ensure a seamless transition into their new homes.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate on-site inspections for contractors, Technician and Property Executive to promptly address residents’ service requests.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage petty cash and facility bookings. Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly submissions for HQ Accounts. Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to streamline documentation and operations. Keep an accurate inventory of office stationery and track equipment maintenance records.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Provide teaching and learning support to teachers, for example,

preparation of resources / materials for Science laboratory

activities and enrichment programme.

• Label and keep records of existing and new Science teaching

and learning materials and lab resources such as teachers’ desk

copies, reference books, lab apparatus and chemicals etc.

Maintain loan records of Science Resources.

• Pack and organise the resources in the Science Rooms. Ensure

that the Science rooms are clean and conducive for lessons.

• Ensure lab equipment, materials and specimens are in good

working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year.

Maintain a stock book and breakage record to initiate ordering of

replacements where necessary.

• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as sharp waste

objects and chemicals.

• Ensure safety of pupils in the Science rooms. Report any incident

to Science HOD/ Level Head. Maintain a laboratory incident log

book.

• Check that first aid box is updated, safety devices in the

laboratory, such as emergency eye-washers, showers and fire

extinguishers are working.

• Provide administrative / logistical support for Science

competitions, assessments and programmes collation of survey

results and distribution of Science materials to pupils etc.

• Assist in carrying out safety briefings such as Laboratory Safety,

equipment awareness (e.g. Microscopes).

• Any other duties assigned by the School

The Network Technician is responsible for installing, amending, and removing unnecessary cablings and other network peripherals. The activities may include but not limited to:

•     Install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.

•     Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.

•     Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.

•     Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.

•     Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
