About the Role:
- Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units’ system, cassette, AHU, MV fan. Electrical hands-on experience in building construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Use common hand tools (carpentry, plumbing, painting, standard mechanic tools, ladders, etc.)
- Assist as needed with routine preventative maintenance functions (filter changes, belt replacements, water treatment, etc.)
- Ability to perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, pictures, and bulletin boards
- May be required to clear clogged drains and make minor plumbing repairs
- Assist with touch-up painting and carpet tile replacement
- Assist in relocating boxes and furniture components
- Assist with workstation cleaning for moves and requests as assigned
- Assist with assembly, teardown and reassembly of systems furniture, panels, and components
- Assist with room and event setups as needed
- Understand written and verbal instructions and follow simple diagrams
- Adherence to client directed disposal procedures of any generated waste
- Ability to perform work independently after being given specific instructions
- Maintain adherence to the published work schedule
- Maintains tools and equipment in proper safe working condition
- Keeps work areas in neat and orderly condition
- Must be able to work effectively with other team members and safety conscious environment
- Follow company and customer rules and guidelines
- Respond to customer requests
About You:
- Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experiences
- Workmanship – complete work in a professional, high quality manner
- Project Work – participate in projects as needed
- Processing paperwork – timely and complete
- Customer satisfaction – create customer satisfaction with work performed
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented
