Job Description

• Performs removal, installation, servicing , operational test and troubleshooting of aircraft system in mechanical trade
• Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required

Requirement

• O level and above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the aerospace industry
• Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status

Job Details

• Maintenance and servicing of avionics systems per customer's requirements.
• Carry out component changes.
• Assist engineers in trouble-shooting and rectification
• Assist in installing and servicing avionics communications equipment.
• Inspect and test the electrical and computer systems that allow aircraft to function.
• Oversee airplane's radar system, radio communications equipment and the flight controls.
• Removal, assemble and install electrical components, and keep detailed written records of repair work performed on aircraft. (E.g. Main Battery, Emergency Battery, Starter Generator, ACW Generator, GCU, BPCU, etc.)
• Removal and installation of engine and propeller electronic controls.
• Performs components changes, tests, and adjustments on aircraft electrical avionics systems consistent with the quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O level and above, with at least 1 year of working experience as an avionics technician in the aviation industry
• Good team member with strong interpersonal skills.
• Mechanically and electrically trained on Avionics systems

Job Descriptions

• Use both power and hand tools to fabricate steel panels and enclosures
• Physical mounting of components with appropriate hardware
• Assemble and wire electrical components according to provided schematics

Main Functions:

Job Description

• Assisting in consultations;

Main Duties

• To plan and oversee the events setup operations for all bookings, functions, activities, pool tournament/meets and ad-hoc event.

• To co-ordinate and work closely with the Housekeeper/Facilities Executive in setting up daily activity according to Event Calendar and ad-hoc events set-up at Club as per Activity Instructions issued.

• To report to the Housekeeper/Facilities Executive on all irregularity issues pertaining to housekeeping, facilities and its operation and recommend for its improving work.

• To carry out events setup operations for all bookings, functions, activities, pool tournament/meets and ad-hoc event as per Activity Instructions.

• To ensure that all Club’s property including furniture and fixture, equipment and etc. are kept by facilities attendant and are in good and serviceable condition.

• To carry out events set-up for F&B, Sports and other Section activities according to booking schedules and Activities Instructions.

• To perform shifting and removing of furniture and fixtures, equipment, potted plants and etc as and when requested by the Club.

• To carry out removal and disposal of approved unwanted items in the Club.

• To carry out decorations set-up for all festive seasons and events as requested by the Club and be responsible to remove the deco items once the festive season or event is over.

• To carry out general maintenance duties of all indoor and outdoor plants within the Club premises including, but not limited to, watering, spraying of chemicals and fertilization as well as to conduct checks to ensure that all plants are placed in position.

• To maintain gardening equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

• To ensure that the daily work performed follows the safety guidelines as well as in accordance to the Club’s rules and regulations.

• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeper/HOD from time to time.

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance work as per schedule and rectify accordingly to ensure that all equipment and facilities are well maintained and in working condition.
• Provide onsite field maintenance support to outlets.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
• 5.5 Day Work Week + Once a month standby weekend duty

Requirements

• Tradesman certificate from BCA or equivalent certification.
• 2 years relevant experience in Electricial work will be considered favourably.
• Candidates with no relevant experience but have a strong interest in learning will also be considered.
