Working Days: 5.5 work week

Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary : $2,500 - $3,200 + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
• Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant
• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

Job Description

• Maintenance and upgrades Windows Server, vSphere and third party software installation.
• Perform installation of hardware and software.
• Maintenance and setup of file systems.
• Resolve software problems with operating systems or third party products.
• Maintenance of Anti-Virus System, File System and Database Backups/restores.
• Setup guidelines, process to enhanced current work activity.
• Performance Monitoring.
• Maintain system security and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
• Possess 2 years’ experience in Server Maintenance, VMware, implementation of various Windows Server OS is a MUST.
• Good understanding of: Intel x86 server hardware operation (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge),Large Data Center facilities operation is a plus.

Job Description:

• Ensure readiness of OCH premises by checking, inspecting, monitoring and following through the set up / reinstatement process with internal stakeholders to ensure satisfactory completion including furnishing, provision, keys etc.
• Supervision of works carried out by contractors at the student rooms.
• Collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Department to timely respond to and resolve the user’s request / feedback / complaints received via all input avenues e.g. through online service platforms, over-the-counter enquiries, emails, phone calls, etc.
• Inspect areas/premises and interacting with customers to identify areas for improvement.
• Certify works are completed in a satisfactory manner.
• Execute periodic stock-take and disposal of managed inventory and assets.
• Ensure a safe, secure and conducive environment across managed spaces:
• Attend / schedule regular walkaround of OCH managed premises.
• Provide advisory to user during sighting of breach of rules and regulations.
• Escalate recalcitrant cases for enforcement action.
• Maintain accurate and timely records (e.g. maintenance issues, fault reporting) for submission of reports etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level, with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Monitor the foreign workers doing rennovation for school
• Competent in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in facilities maintenance role is preferred.
• Prior work experience in an educational environment and/or familiarity with the education industry will be advantageous.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
• Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team
