- Plan day to day activity and ensure smooth coordination

- Consolidating quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis

- Inspect and look out for abnormalities in the plant

- Analyse, review & establish manpower, machineries and material requirement to cope with any changes that is affecting product's quality & delivery

- Ensures proper operation of all equipment, follows up on its condition and coordinates required repairs with Maintenance to ensure the preservation of capital and minimization of downtime.
