About the Role:

Are you a skilled Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineer or an experienced Senior Engineer with a passion for driving impactful projects? We are seeking dedicated C&S Engineers and Senior C&S Engineers to drive the planning, development, and execution of diverse projects. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned professional, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting and managing engineering designs, ensuring project success, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee construction activities, manage work schedules, and ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards. Review and validate designs, calculations, and structural integrity.
• Design and Development: Develop and review engineering designs from conceptual to detailed phases. Ensure designs meet project requirements and address any technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Tendering and Planning: Lead the tendering process by preparing comprehensive studies on design factors, reviewing bids, and ensuring project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Execution Oversight: Monitor progress against schedules, handle quality control, resolve technical issues, and review testing and commissioning results for successful project handovers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Recognized Degree in Building Construction Management, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Engineer: 3-5 years in the Singapore Construction Industry, with a preference for experience in high-rise commercial building, mixed development, semiconductor factory, or healthcare building projects.
  Senior Engineer: 5-7 years in a similar field, with expertise in managing projects, team leadership, and advanced knowledge of BIM and local construction codes.
• Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and BIM.
  Familiarity with BIM and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  Knowledge of Singapore Construction Industry Code of Practice, rules, and regulations.
• Additional: Analytical, inquisitive, safety-conscious, structured, systematic, and a strong team player.
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Engineer roles.

Additional Requirements for Senior Engineer:

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to join company's team. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Utilize Primavera P6 to track progress, manage time and cost entitlements, and develop comprehensive contract programmes and high-level summaries for presentations.
• Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on construction programme progress, identify delay events and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client presentations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create detailed progress reports, S-Curves, progress trackers, and conduct programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
• Recovery & Optimization: Develop recovery programmes and summarise key strategies to overcome challenges, including preparing baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Planning Engineer and Manager to refine strategies, analyze schedules, and maintain open communication channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, with a preference for high-rise commercial buildings, mixed developments, semiconductor factories, or healthcare projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of work execution related to methodology, timeframes, and productivity.
