Job Description

As an English congregation youth ministry worker, you will work closely with the pastor in charge of the youth ministry (13-18 years old) to grow and develop the youth ministry, playing a crucial role in raising the generations of disciples and disciplers for Christ. Aside from ministry work, you will also help support the planning and coordination for youth services and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the youth pastor in pastoral care, preaching and teaching.
• Support the youth pastor in leading small groups and mentoring youths
• Be involved in the ministry’s strategic planning and development.
• Plan, coordinate and lead youth ministry events.
• Provide administrative support for the ministry, including Saturday’s youth service
• Any other duties assigned by the youth pastor.

Requirement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder; theological training preferred.
• Prior experience in serving and ministering in a youth ministry
• Good organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate for young people.
• Dedicated team player.
• Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Mondays off).

• Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team
• Handle all sales orders including manual order entries, processing, releasing orders to warehouse for processing and arranging local/export shipments
• Issuance of delivery orders (DO) and invoices. Verifying prices.
• Picking of goods according to documents.
• Delivery logs (daily) filing and completion. Ensure timely and completion of all deliveries and Master delivery log card (daily).Basic technical knowledge of all vegtables and fruits
• Knowledge of the problems of agriculture industry

Job Scope:

• Provide and manage administrative support to the daily school operation
• Continually enhance the administrative systems and processes in the school in consultation with the Academic Director and management team
• Prepare student contract; P-files, collect course fees, etc in accordance with CPE guidelines
• Provide support in preparation of teaching materials to students and teachers
• Track attendance for all students
• Prepare monthly attendance reports and annual returns
• Prepare course and class schedules
• Conduct module, course and graduate surveys and tabulate survey results and outcomes
• Provide coordination and support to students as and when needed
• Provide front desk support as and when needed
• Answer to students' and parents’ queries
• Try to resolve any conflict and complaint (if any)
• Support the management team for any other task as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to communicate and handle mandarin speaking students and parents will be considered first

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management.
• Provide end to end solution comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfilment and coordinate last mile services.
• Implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, websites etc).
• Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns.
• Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the Principles.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Be involved in occasional events and execute any ad-hoc projects given by superior.
