About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within Food court/Coffee Shops.

Highly sensitive to what is happening in the food industry market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to space requirements.
