• Resolve customer billing issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members if required.
• Maintain and update customer billing records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations for customer accounts.
• Prepare reports on billing, collections, and outstanding balances as required by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level / Accounting Certs or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to details, able to meet deadlines
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice is a plus

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days a week); overtime is not required.

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
• Handle full or partial accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain debtors aging updates for overdue accounts.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve any highlighted issues.
• Ensure the timely completion of a full range of financial statements, management reports, holding company reports, and GST reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for the completion of audited reports and tax filings.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level or Diploma with accounting knowledge.
• Must be multi-tasking and open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
