Job description

1. Managing the Accounting

2. Perform full set of accounts such as; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets

3. Preparation of monthly management reports and analytical review of monthly Financials & Profitability

4. Posting of all journals – prepayments, accruals, management adjustments, reclass etc

5. Prepare & review the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation & Bank reconciliation

6. Ensure timely statutory reporting related to Audit, Tax & GST matters

7. Ensure compliance with Accounting, Tax, Statutory & Regulatory requirements

8. Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. when necessary

9. Responsible for monthly Debtor’s balance collection

10. Preparation of quarterly forecast & Annual Budget

11. Knowledge on Payment vouchers & prepare payments

12. Any other ad hoc assignments

Overview: -

You will need: -

• Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR.
• Proven experience with SAP and BI Reports.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for efficient and effective handling of large data volumes.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of full set of Accounts Payable
• Manage cash activities and corporate credit card matters
• Handle supplier invoices and process payments for internal and external vendors
• Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts (e.g., vendor, travel, credit card)
• Process employee claims and travel expenses
• Liaise with banks on account-related matters
• Handle intercompany loans, interest postings, and tax submissions
• Ensure compliance with company authorization policies and maintain accurate vendor data
• Assist in audit processes and support other accounting or treasury tasks as required
