In our Shared Services department, we empower non-profits and social enterprises by providing affordable and professional services that are critical for their daily operations, such as bookkeeping, donation tracking, accounting to payroll and human resources support. Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Building Management Officer be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Building Management Officer:

• Provide outstanding customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
• Monitor procedures to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee vendor procurement following client guidelines and best practices.
• Ensure on-site contractors perform to required standards through regular inspections.
• Implement and manage safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing property safety risks and reviewing vendor risk assessments.
• Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
• Maintain premises in excellent condition and ensure satisfactory contractor/service provider work completion.

Responsibilities:

•  Handle general office administration work
•  Attend incoming calls, booking flight & hotel, filing and etc
•  Handle accounting work, such as to expense reimbursement, payment request, invoice and etc
•  Document filing, such as audited financial filing, GST filing and Transfer Pricing Document and etc
•  Assist a Trader, to input trade recap, calculate P&L, making reports, monitor the market and etc

Qualification and Skills:

•  More than 3 years working experience in administrative job and role in back office
•  Advantage if you have an experience in simple accounting
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
•  Demonstrate ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with team members.
