Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts
• GST declaration: Prepare GST Reports, submit GST quarterly, and file GST returns
• Tax declaration: Oversee the preparation and filing of company tax submissions
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable: Manage incoming payments, record transactions, handle outgoing payments, verify and process invoices
• Cash Book: Maintain the cash book, monitor cash flows, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Bank loan and Invoice Financing: Manage relationships with financial institutions for bank loan requirements and invoice financing

Job Description:

• Handle & Collect orders from Market
• Lunch & Dinner delivery to customer
• Confirm that the right items and quantities are loaded onto the delivery vehicle
• Ad Hoc job & delivery assigned by supervisor
• Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle promptly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set month end and annual closing for corporate entities
• Responsible for management fee billings and other intercompany recharges
• Managing vendor invoices and ensure payment is puncture
• Handle expense claims in travel module and corporate card stakeholders
• Work closely with tax agents on Tax Filing and annual account filing
• Liaise with manager in handling group statutory audit and relevant certifications
• Assist in annual budget and monthly forecast exercise
• Assist manager in enchantment of processes and improving efficiency
• Improve efficiency of report summation to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned

Requirement

• Min Degree in Accountancy, similar field or ACCA
• Min 3 years' accounting experience.
• Good Knowledge in Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations.
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite will be added bonus.
