Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain visitor logs and sign-in procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Ensure proper visitor identification and compliance with security protocols

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
