• Providing clients with luxurious amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and bath products

Accounts Assistant:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficient to do Accounts related works and clerical support including e-mailing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to the management
• Preferable knowledge to use XERO accounts software
• Filling soft copy as well as hard copy.
• Handling incoming & outgoing emails to relevant parties
• Assist in resolving any administrative matters
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management
• Experience to do Job sheet and invoice preparation
• Prepare Quotations, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy
• Manage Petty cash accounts
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in Accounts field

• MS Office proficient (Word, Excel)

• Bachlor degree in Accounts and finance

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• To plan and execute recruitment strategy aligned with NTU mission and goals to be a global university of excellence
• To design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent to NTU research programmes
• To plan and manage postgraduate diversity and integration programme
• To manage Master’s by Research Integrated Programmes
• To lead andmanage the projects on TEL-conversion and Learning Outcome-based for postgraduate by research courses
• To manage office financial operations and develop financial strategies for Graduate College's initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience
• Knowledge in data analysis and financial experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Managerial and supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel) and strong data analysis skills
