Job Scope:
Timetabling/Scheduling
- Assist in Course Timetable Planning (checking of class schedule, secure venues, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for teaching assignments
- Schedule lecture recordings in NTULearn
- Assist to create course sites and enrol course instructors
Course Registration
- Prepare registration instructions and posters
- Process waiver requests for timetable clashes and pre-requisite for courses
- Process overload applications
Exam Administration
- To provide support to the examination process (invigilation, data entry/reference materials, E-exam/Decentralised Exam, etc.)
Others
- Manage SPMS role-based email accounts
- Process Leave of Absence requests
- Manage Exam Hall C and facility bookings
- Assist in exchange and MOOCs (Credit Transfer) / FYP/PI/PA/WSDeg matters
- Assist with matters related to special needs students and invigilate examination as required.
- Assist to maintain and update course information
- Secretariat duties
- Any other duties/projects assigned by RO
Working Arrangement:
Location: West (Pioneer)
Working Hours:
Mondays - Fridays (office hours)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (2 Dec 24 - 1 June 25)
Salary: Monthly Rated
Job Requirements:
- A-Level or Diploma Holder
- Prior experience in a relevant administrative role in an institution of higher learning
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, resourceful and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities
- Organised and meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
