• Prepare and oversee the accounting, audit, and budgeting.
• Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursement to meet the business and investment needs of the company.
• Oversee programs to minimize risks and losses arising from financial transactions and business operations undertaken by the institution.
• Conduct and plan internal audit
• Responsible for the company insurance policy, e.g. premises, products, product liability, etc.
• Oversee monthly stock takes and ensure the generation of reports.
• Review the plan for the daily operational control for AP and AR functions.
• To submit monthly management report (P&L, Balance Sheet & cash flow statement).
• To initiate measure control on any discrepancy expenditures.
• Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.

Academic Requirements

• Professional degrees in ACCA, CIMA, and MACPA or a Diploma in Accounting with more than 10 years of working experience in accounting.

Experience / Skill

• Strong in people management skills.
• Practical experience & exposure in Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Management of at least 5 years.
• Capable of managing general administration & HR department with some years of track record/ experience.
• Chines Language skills

Full-time 5.5 days/week. Regular hours (8.45am-5.45pm). $2,000-2,800 monthly (depending on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities – Deputy Department Manager

(Distribution/Warehouse)

Basically, your duties as Deputy Department Manager are as follows:

Distribution and Shipping

1. Responsible for liaising with vendor/s regarding all activities connected with movement

of goods.

2. In-charge of the preparation, processing and distribution of shipping documentation, insurance, customs clearance, etc.

3. Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on matters pertaining to distribution, warehouse and other related issues.

4. Plan and manage the warehouse annual budget.

5. Prepare the monthly distribution and warehouse operating expenditure reports.

6. Oversee and ensure that all documents, eg. Purchase Order, Return forms, MRF

forms are promptly submitted to Distribution department.

7. Ensure all suppliers abide to company’s rules and regulations during receiving.

8. Monitor the traffic flow at the loading bay in order not to cause any inconvenience.

9. To conduct meetings (weekly or bi-monthly) for staff feedback regarding distribution, warehouse

operation and home delivery.

10. To ensure prompt and efficient Home Delivery services.

11. Monitor and co-ordinate the inventory stock control movement.

12. To oversee the following operations :

a. Printing and submission of B1 and B2 documents to Retail Managers’ attention

b. Submission of diskettes for generation of SKU and price-tags.

c. All merchandise to be price-tagged before sending to department store.

d. All merchandise to be re-packed into Takashimaya’s carton/s according to MD’s request.

e. All merchandise to be delivered on time.

Warehousing

13. Responsible for liaising with vendor/s regarding all activities connected with warehousing operations.

14. Day-to-day running of warehouse to ensure efficient usage of goods, proper stock control and rotation, movement of goods and proper price-tagging of merchandise.

15. Ensure that all safety measures are complied with the requirements of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act.

Staff Management

16. Supervise the department’s supervisors and store assistants’ work performances and job functions; to ensure that all staff discharge their duties correctly and smoothly in accordance to department’s system and company’s regulations.

17. Maintain discipline in the department (including the warehouse)

18. Plan work schedules and apportion tasks and responsibilities.

19. Introduce applicable work procedures to improve efficiency.

20. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.

Job Description:

• Perform general patient-related activities.
• Assisting radiographers in transferring patients, image processing and the care of radiographic system and processing units.
• Responsible for cleaning of imaging plates, cassettles and the equipment.
• Perform QA on printers and maintain records.
• Ensure patient's personal information are correct.
