Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, co-ordination and time management skills.
• Able to multi-task and have an eye for details.
• Good judgment, professional, diplomacy and discretion, sense of urgency and initiative.
• Possess excellent command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Senior Management, Associates and Guests).

1. Assist Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site in the daily execution of work.

2. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

3. Ensure that staff carry out their work in a safe manner.

4. Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.

5. Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.

6. To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor's progress in accordance to schedule.

7. Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.

8. Handle site documents including daily record, photo record etc. and assist to maintain proper documentation at site.

9. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and the logistics and ensure the work progress meet schedule.

10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirement
