RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

• Arrange and set appointments for vehicles due for servicing and inspection
• Answering and assisting customers for breakdowns / issues of vehicles
• Monitor renewing of Road Tax in timely manner
• Closing of files in the system in a timely manner when vehicles returned
• Filing of documents ( in&out/summons/De-reg/transfer of ownership)
• Other ad-hoc assigned by the operation manager

Job Requirement

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration holder

Administrative Support

• Handle a variety of general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Oversee office supplies and place orders for stationery to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
• Coordinate courier services as needed.
• Manage calendars and assist in booking meeting rooms.
• Maintain employee records and prepare usage reports for utilities, telecommunications, and office equipment.
• Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and luncheons.
• Assist General Workers with their claims and follow up on any unpaid claims.
• Update dormitory records to track worker movements.
• Monitor and track employee timesheets on a weekly basis.

Reception Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails to ensure timely delivery and responses.
• Keep the reception area tidy, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，担任过3年以上中、大型企业行政管理工作或高管的秘书，半导体行业优先考虑，熟悉新加坡人文环境者优先考虑；

2、有较强的沟通和执行能力，能独立处理日常事务，以及较强的协调能力和团队配合意识；

3、具备良好的中/英文听说读写能力，熟悉国家有关行业法律、法规及相关政策；

4、做事细心、周到、清晰有条理，善于整理总结。良好的额沟通和协调能力。
