Position requirements:

As part of the inclusive Education and Therapy Team, you may work across the Kindy and Elementary Schools to support multiple students with wide-ranging needs and abilities. This may include direct work to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Supervision of children on the playground. Some basic personal care and toileting duties.

Experience in an International School setting is preferred, but not essential

Experience in supporting children with mild-moderated additional learning needs and Autism is required. Where candidates have experience in supporting students within an Early Intervention model, this would be advantageous.

The role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and adaptability. You should be a patient and empathetic early educator who is passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment.

Working collaboratively and participating in the wider school community is essential. You will be expected to attend all staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with a background in Early Years Education, Special/Inclusive Education, and /or Teaching are preferred.
