You will be responsible for managing the Community Volunteer (CV) programme and supporting ongoing sanitation policies and initiatives under the Sanitation Policy Branch. You will also assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen and interview volunteers
• Coordinate the training sessions
• Assist to handle enquiries from volunteers/stakeholders or feedback from members of public
• Plan and organise meetings/consultations
• Draft reports and take minutes during meetings
• Monitor the progress of initiatives that were implemented
• Assist in updating the database and other administrative work
• Assist in records management and any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, where a strong knowledge of Excel is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• A resourceful and self-motivated individual, who is able to work well independently
• Meticulous with an eye for detail

Salary: $19 to $24/hour

Responsbilities

• At least 1 years of cooking experiences
• Able to cook Asian food and Chinese cuisine.
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
• Washing and cleaning utensils after cooking
• Need to asssist at front counter when needed
• Must be a team player
• Have patient
• Able to work under warm environment
