What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our team of designers at our EPAM Singapore studio. You will be collaborating with our client’s regional design team and play a key role in design system governance and adoption across multiple markets.

• Support enterprise product owners and engineering teams to shape the experience of digital platforms while adhering to established design systems and guidelines
• Work with the regional design team leads to align and manage design requirements across multiple markets
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions to project completion
• Produce high quality deliverables with strong attention to detail
• Facilitate, align and communicate expectations of stakeholders and team members

What Will Make You Shine

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience working as a product designer

Job Description:

• Responsible for graphic design related to company products and brand promotion, including but not limited to creative design and execution of main visual elements, H5, poster topics, etc.
• Brand expansion design.
• Keep up with design trends, able to conceive and propose diversified design solutions.
• Lead the definition of visual language and establish visual standards.
• Familiar with web design, able to independently design iterations for the web according to design specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in common design tools, with certain illustration drawing abilities, and a certain understanding of post-processing and motion design (with design portfolio attached).
• Proficient in shaping brand texture, able to focus on and apply the latest design trends and styles.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design along with proficiency in design software and creative problem-solving abilities. The Drafter will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Guidance and support provided for the specialized job scope, however proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by clients.

- Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce accurate drawings.

Job Responsibilities

• Design creative artwork based on client's requirements/theme, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetics design concepts
• Conceptualise and create professional layouts or designs for promotional material, e-greetings and outdoor decoration projects (such as Christmas, CNY, Hari Raya etc.)
• Design communication and marketing collaterals such as product catalogues, company letterhead, business name card, press ads, etc.
• Execute various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.

Requirements
