We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who has a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.

You will also -

• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and service standard target and lead the front-line sales staff to achieve them
• Manage in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
• Liaise with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
• Assist in hiring and training front-line sales staff so that we can provide the best service standard in the industry while helping sales staff achieve their highest potential and keeping the staff satisfaction level high
• Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations and people operations in a timely manner
• Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
• Manage online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment.
• Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness

You MUST be or have –

• Passionate about Sunnystep products and mission, and passionate about consumer products that impact people’s lives
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in a similar role
• A solid experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics
• A start-up / growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed
• Positive attitude and a kind heart

Description:

• Organize and plan a design work schedule to meet deadlines.

• Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the requirements and specifications.

• Oversee design preparation are efficient, well-coordinated, practical, and constructible.

• Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, ensure the design drawings are following the company design guidelines and structural calculations and building integrity.

• Work with the project team, sub-contractor, supplier, and factory team to ensure works are on schedule.

Requirement

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.

• 3 years experience in the design of window & door, curtain wall, claddings, etc.

• Familiar with Autocad drafting, 3D software.

• Energetic, matured, creative, and innovative, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

• Bilingual is preferred.

• Talented stage performers who can go on stage to sing and/or provide music instruments playing entertainment and/or dance performance.
• He/She should the required skills and experience to support the Stage Manager to plan and execute stage programme planned by the Stage Manager.
• Have the ability to choreographstage a singing and dancing performance is a plus.
• Have the attention to details on the stage setting.
• He/She should be a team player and is required to organize stage performers when it comes to overall group performance.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Hair salon manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while providing top-notch services to our team and clients.Performing haircuts, color treatment, and styling services according to client.
In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
In charge of Stylist team sales target and overall salon sales target
Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Lead & trainning our team stylist to another tip top master level.
Maintaining a clean and organized work station and adhering to salon policies.
The most important is able to handle Expert client with blonde highlight.
RequirementProven Experience as a hair stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication and customer service skill
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to work Flexi-Time based
Able to work (Public Holidays & Saturdays,Sundays)
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

JOB FOR ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR IS TO ASSIST MANAGER IN THE SHOP TO MANAGE ALL STAFF AND CASHIER INCLUDING STOCK CHECK PLUS THE SALES OF THE SHOP. HE OR SHE ALSO NEED TO DO PROMOTION OF THE SALES AND ALSO NEED TO IN CHARGE THE EVENT OF THE SHOP PLUS ACCOUNTING AND ETC OF GTHE COMPANY. ALSO NEED TO IN CHARGE OF THE STAFF ( HR).
