• Assist in the lessons by working with individual students or small groups of students. For example, after the Lead Teacher presents a lesson, Assistant Teacher may help a small group of students as they try to master the material

CONTRACTS MANAGER (MADAGASCAR)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge for the preparation and programs for commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts
• Supervise commercial and contractual risk programs related to the project
• Engage in mitigation actions as quickly and efficiently
• Assesses external providers like vendors and subcontractors in terms of service and project deliverables.
• Convey contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages from construction to hand-over of the project
• Assist, monitor, report, plan and manage the Quantity Surveyor team in all the project and aspects of the job.
• Participate in continuous development and evaluate the processes, systems and policies based on the project’s contract organization and supervision.
• Guide on all contractual correspondence associated to the project, in view of the commercial impact
• Classify and evaluate on the contractual risk
• Handles contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution
• Discuss and interact with a variety of investors and partners both verbally and in written regarding notices eg. extension-of-time (EOT), change order, etc.

• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any associated degree
