• Work with the different stakeholders to develop the strategic priorities and work plan for upcoming programmes
• Coordinate and prepare the Centre’s annual work plan and financial budget in discussion with the relevant clinician leads and operations team
• Organise clinical, operational and financial data for regular reporting at department
• Coordinate department's meeting and handle minutes writing
• Manage the office seating plan for the Centre with assistance of the administration team
• Any ad hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Administration, Finance, Science, Engineering or equivalent
