Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality control and assurance operations to ensure standards are met.
• Direct and guide the Quality team, fostering a constructive work environment.
• Establish and refine quality systems and protocols.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality processes according to SFA, Halal, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other requirements.
• Lead efforts to maintain and certify compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality concerns with products.
• Investigate compliance lapses and implement effective remedial actions.
• Manage both internal and external quality audits in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Generate and submit reports on Quality and Performance for higher management review.
• Provide training on Food Safety & Hygiene and HACCP for factory staff.

• At least a Diploma in Food Science/ Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Food Manufacturing or Production.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore's food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., SFA, FSSC / ISO 22K, GMP, HACCP, Halal).
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for an executive position.

We are regional distributor for a number of innovative and fast-growing consumer electronic brands, for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

We are looking for a self-starter candidate to manage the sales and marketing activities of our core brands, based in Singapore.

This position reports to the Head of of the Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for all sales and marketing activities of his department and team, with high degree of autonomy. Singapore, being the HQ of the group, the candidate will be expected to progressively take on regional responsibilities.
