RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Market making for the Asian markets FX trading franchise.

· Monitor and analyse market conditions, news, and economic data to make informed trading decisions.

· Manage risk and ensure compliance with trading regulations and company policies.

· Collaborate with the research team to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and counter-parties.

· Contribute to eFX initiatives.

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred

· Preferable at least 15 years of relevant working experience in the Forex exchange (Asian market) or public equity investment background

· Proven experience as an FX Trader with a successful track record in the Asian markets.

· In-depth knowledge of Asian financial markets, including currency movements, economic indicators, and geopolitical events.

· Strong analytic and quantitative skills.

· Excellent risk management and decision-making abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Location : Millenia Tower (Near Suntec City)

• Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)
• Salary: up to S$18,000 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Qualification:

>Minimum 9+ Years of experience in Change Management Lead

>Change management experience, including communications, engagement and behavioral and cultural change

Organising and overseeing change programmes and plans

>Constructing cases which initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits to come from these changes

>Advising on stakeholder engagement and change programme accomplishments as well as determining long term changes to the business

>Establishing change within an organisation concentrating on employee development and behavioural and culture change through training

>Understanding the financial industry and other sectors within the business that impact on the organisation’s change programmes

· At least 10 years experience

· Willing to work on holidays/work on shifts/change of shift

· Able to work for long hours

· Can work between different locations

· Have CEI license

• Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
• Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
• Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
• Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
• Selecting automation software and software platforms that best meet company needs.
