Export Responsibilities

• Receive Customers’ Shipment Orders from the Customer Service Unit for the processing of Shipments to various Destinations.
• Ensure shipment details (ie, pieces, weight, dimensions, commodity, rate) are typed correctly onto the Airwaybill / Housewayill.
• Ensure Shipment(s) is correctly identified based on the Customer’s Shipping Documents (Invoice / Packing List) before affixing the Cargo Label(s) onto the Carton(s).

Import Responsibilities

• Check on the Status (ie, arrived complete, arrived partially, arrived damaged, arrived but still not cleared, arrived but unlocated in the Cargo Terminal, etc) and update the Customer Service Unit accordingly
• Inform and co-ordinate with the respective Airlines, Cargo Terminal Operators, Overseas Agents and Departments on the Shipments that cannot be delivered due to certain Discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase guest spending and drive revenue growth by upselling premium services such as bottle service, VIP packages, and event promotions.
• Attract new customers through social networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Meet KPIs related to guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Assist in promoting and bringing in new customers to the venue.
• Manage reservations and VIP guest lists, ensuring priority seating and exceptional service for high-profile clients.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the venue's premium image, including dress code enforcement and ambiance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Oversee VIP sections, ensuring top-tier service for premium clients.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events and themed nights.
• Provide feedback and insights to management on guest preferences, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue through social media and other platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to drive customer spending and contribute to revenue growth in a hospitality or nightclub environment is a plus
• Strong sales and networking skills to attract new clients and retain high-spending guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
