Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Reviews project specification and clarifies with commercial team

• Ensures project on schedule, meet the specification and within budget
• Leads internal and external communication meetings to ensure alignment
• Leads the Internal Kick-off Meeting to resolve all open issues and provides clarity to the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Raises CR during site execution and liaises with commercial team to ensure that clients are been billed accordingly
• Plans the manpower requirement with Operation Manager
• Leads and manages the Project Team, including the overseeing of all day-to-day project activities
• Accesses and substantiates sub-cons and vendors’ claim for progress payment
• Enforces materials and consumables control for projects
• Liaises with QA for site inspection activities
• Inspection of projects as required
• Attends project meeting with Clients and resolves project issues
• Ensures final documentation handover including Customer Satisfaction Form
• Ensures company performance against contractual commitments with customer and ensures customer satisfaction with projects of low to moderate complexity and risk.
• Proactively identifies dependencies between teams and ensures communications to align on project delivery criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing of suppliers/vendors to support company’s business.
• Process purchase requisition and purchase orders.

• Liaise with customers on order and delivery schedules.
• Plan production to ensure timely delivery to meet customers’ orders or schedules.

• Ensure suppliers'/subcontractors' services are purchased from approved sources.
• Control Inventory level in line with the company’s interest.

- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing

- Provide management reports monthly & yearly & Audit Schedule to Finance Manager
