• Oversee inventory management of dance clothing, musical instruments, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle Chinese-speaking customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure all invoices are accurately input into SAP, and are supported by the relevant approved documents.
- Liaise with customer on any AR invoice discrepancies and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Prepare timely monthly AR Aging report to Corporate Finance with explanations on outstanding AR balances.
- Prepare weekly AR report & sales report to management review.
- Perform month-end accounts closing activities and reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules.
- Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconcilied regularly.
- Perform cost roll in SAP on monthly basis.
- Support external audits when required.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be an added advantage.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of Singapore FRS / IFRS standards
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel
- Good Organization and time management skills
- Able to start work at short notice is preferred.

Job Scope:

1. To collate statistical data of futures and paper trading, trader’s daily profit and loss statement, margin statement, and registration of hedge position.

2. Liaising with suppliers, customers, agents, and banks on documentation issues (renew insurance, bank cover error, import checking, etc).

3. To understand the logic behind the calculation of VaR value and provide risk-related feedback to the company.

4. To propose profit models in accordance to the company’s short/long term goals and spot/futures product structure.

5. To assist in the execution of spot trading contracts, consolidation of data, and client management.

6. To assist in related administrative matters when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
