Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of daily showroom operations
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Analysing and reporting on showroom-related activities; initiating corrective actions
• Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations with the objective of meeting the Company’s expectation in terms of sales turnover
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Ensure product information disseminated is accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
• Seek opportunities to improve knowledge about selling, products, sales, and service techniques.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit 6-day work week, weekends, and Public holidays
• Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with MS office applications or Google Suite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crude Operator to join an oil major. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing crude oil trading operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Trade and chartering team, refineries, finance, surveyors and vessel agents to optimize crude lifting program and ensure all necessary operational information is communicated effectively.
• Manage vessel vetting and monitor all ship operational matters
• Work closely with surveyors to ensure accurate quantity and quality of the cargo to minimize oil loss and cost and to maximize trading profit during crude oil delivery.
• Work closely with finance team for checking contracts and LC
• Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis, decision making and reporting.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Logistic or related field with 2 years in crude operation
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• In-depth knowledge of global oil markets and trading practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Possess good planning and organizing skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform Bank Reconciliations
• Generate monthly SOA & incentive statements and follow-up with payment
• Prepare reconciliation schedules, journal vouchers, audit schedules and AR/AP aging reports
• Prepare intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation
• Attend to calls from customers/dealers/insurance companies
• Assist in annual financial audit, annual returns and tax filing
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Accounting experience
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent
• Good communication skills and command of language
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting
• Meticulous, keen eye for detail
• Good time management to meet monthly accounts closing and other ad hoc reports' deadlines
