Team Summary

The Risk & Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all risk and data solutions in the Asia Pacific markets in our Value Added Services (VAS) organisation. The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop and scale Visa’s risk and data solutions for our respective markets.

Team Summary

• Manage and liaise with the procurement and logistics team to predict future production capacity and timelines; maintaining daily pull lists, tight inventory, and procurement of fresh, high quality ingredients.

Personnel Management and Training

• Recruit, train, and motivate diverse culinary teams on activation, ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with WCK’s North Star.

• Address personnel issues on activations in real time, and provide regular performance feedback on Corps members.

• Working with the regional internal communications team, develop innovative internal communications campaigns, clear narratives, and programmes to engage organisation’s employee base, with a focus on the foodpanda brand and APAC region
• Develop editorial content and work closely with regional and business teams to ensure appropriate messaging
• Build stakeholder relationships across departments and regions to establish relevant messaging and tactics for each campaign and provide internal communications counsel for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Scrum Agile or equivalent project management certification
• Project management experience within CTRM
• Experience of project management as a consultant
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software tooling, particularly JIRA

What a Manager, Payment Optimization does at Visa:

We are currently looking for a manager position candidate located in Singapore for CyberSource Sales Engineering team to manage the Payment Success Improvement Program for CyberSource AP Merchants and Acquirers. The merchant(s) engagement program will also include consulting for Merchant business optimization based on data insights and research.

Working in tandem with AP account managers and some of the largest merchants and acquirers across Asia, the role holder will utilize data, analytics, market research and subject matter expertise to drive additional value to our client’s payment success and business optimization programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with AP Payment Optimization function lead to strategize and execute plans to drive incremental improvement in payment success rates for CyberSource merchants in AP region.

• Plan and execute consulting program(s) with CyberSource AP merchants and acquirers to improve payment success and merchant business optimization recommendations based on data insights and market research.

• Be the internal and external payment success expert for merchants/acquirers across AP region.

• Develop ongoing reviews of regional payment decline rates, identification of decline drivers and development of an integrated approach to reducing declines.

• Proactively understand how new products/services, as well as industry and technology trends impact on payment success performance and how in turn that impacts our clients.

• Maintain and build rapport with regional peers and other teams across Visa Inc. to exchange ideas, learn and leverage best practices.
