a) Report to the Project Manager. Responsible for the EHS systems and implementations.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

i) Assist and advise the Project Manager on EHS planning for overall project scope and detailed activities.

ii) Study and fully understand the requirements of company ISO, EHS and sub-contracts agreements.

Job Requirements

- Certified NEA, ECO, ECO, ECMO

The BIM Modeler assists in project delivery, development and adoption of digital solutions and competency building.

He/She

- participates in product and model development, planning, research and/or testing of digital solutions and training.

The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (60%)

• Processing of all supplier invoices compliance with goods/service received in the Finance System.

• Preparing cheque payment with approved invoice and monitor cheque clearance
• Performing day to day financial transaction, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable.

Accounts Receivable (10%)

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering

Ø To Check all drawings, specifications and schedule of works as per the contract document and reporting the discrepancies to consultant and contractor in order to avoid progress delay.

Ø Full-time site supervision and inspections to ensure that all structural works are carried out as per approved specification and also as per drawings with approved material in an appropriate sequence and methods.

Ø Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site and quality of workmanship.

Ø Carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in discharge of the contract.

Ø Assist RE in supervision and inspecting all structural works.

Ø Assist CPM in site progress and update proper site records about the progress of work and documentation.

Ø Attend site meetings and site walks with clients and consultants.

Ø Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method of statement, other technical submissions, material samples and trade demonstration by the contractors.

Ø Assist and co-ordinate with consultants to resolve any technical and interfacing issues.

Ø Familiar in consultant Quality Management System and make proper documentation for QMS audit to comply HDB audit.

Ø Liaise with contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality and quality control etc.,

Ø Witness and verify any field test carried out on site.

Ø Monitoring Site Instrumentation report (Settlement marker, Vibration report, Noise meter).

Ø Update Monthly progress report and daily site activities report.

Ø Enforce quality control, Safety management, Vector control and tidiness of the work site.

Ø Update monthly Consultant Safety and Vector report.
