• Manage and supervise all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the complex/building.
• Manage and review all vendor contracts, agreements and insurance 2 months before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender.

• Maintain continuous contact and communication with vendor contractors, clients and staff.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in managing condominium/complex
• Preferably possess an Estate Management Diploma and familiarity with BMSMA / Certificate in Strata Property Management

• Assist Project Manager in developing the Project Execution Plan.
• Review tender documents.
• Assist Safety Manager in reviewing & approving all sub-contractor safety documents including method statements, risk assessments & safe work procedures.
