Project Manager

Job Role Description:

The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing operational policies, standards and procedures related to project logistics, including but not limited to integrating and installing automations, rigging and lifting technology. He/She is also responsible for managing relationships with logistics operations managers and managing project logistics resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.

Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders. He/She is also expected to lead a department and make business decisions independently.

The Project Manager is involved in the building, installation and execution of solar projects and ensure that all installations are as per the design and specifications layout. He/She is also involved in the regular maintenance or troubleshooting of the solar projects. He/She drives projects in all aspects of process and engineering design. He/She leads process development initiatives and see-through project life cycle, ensuring schedules and timeline are adhered to and in line with objectives.
