• Offer general assistance to the COO regarding operational matters pertaining to Allied Health and Operations services.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a filing system for current and upcoming services and pilot projects.
• Support in contract administration, including the generation of monthly reports to track expense trends, performance satisfaction, and ensure quality and ongoing enhancement.
• Assist in managing inpatient meal processes.
• Support linen and laundry processes.
• Aid therapists in applying for SMF, procuring mobility devices, managing payments, submitting quarterly funding claims, and data.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and familiar with accounting software SAP B1.
