Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage BIM implementation across projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to integrate BIM processes effectively.
• Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with BIM protocols.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM standards, workflows, and software usage.
• Manage and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all BIM models.
• Provide technical support for BIM-related issues and ensure smooth software operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator or Manager.
• Proven experience in handling LTA projects.
• Proficient in BIM-related software, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bentley, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks. Familiarity with other BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in BIM and construction management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
