1) Provide secretariate and administrative support, including the provision of secretariat support which will includes curating agenda and take minutes of the meetings.
2) Assist in the Programme Management and monitoring support with dashboard visualization reporting to build data analytics capability in evaluating program effectiveness. Track and report on program progress, including key performance indicators and outcomes to ensure successful program execution.
3) Supports the coordination and integration of new and existing clinical programmes into integrated care plans and services and standardized care protocols, with the intention to evolve into mainstream bundled care plans/models
4) Collaborate and provide support for stakeholders in various Clinical Steering Committees’ and Workgroups in the development of strategic Population Health programmes roadmap so that integrative care work planning, prioritization and implementation timelines are enabled for success.
5) Facilitate the ecosystem mapping to identify current services or gaps and support the framing, strategic planning, and resourcing of integrated care programmes in tandem with the respective Chairs of the clinical Steering Committees and Workgroups.
6) Undertake any other tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels and ensure reservation records are accurate and current.
• Optimize seating and table allocation with the restaurant team.
• Coordinate private event and special occasion inquiries, manage bookings, and arrange menus, seating, and special requests.
• Oversee catering inquiries and off-site event orders.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of catering services, meeting the client's expectations.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with third-party reservation platforms like Quandoo and Chope, collaborating to enhance restaurant reservations and visibility.
• Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from guests and potential customers, providing detailed information about the restaurant's offerings, menus, and special promotions.
• Conduct customer profiling and analysis (Product Mix analysis, Gap analysis, Benchmarking).
• Collaborate with marketing partners to boost restaurant promotions.
• Assist with financial tasks, including payment processing and invoicing.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
