JOB DESCRIPTION

· Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies and initiatives

· Monitor departmental performance against goals and take corrective actions as needed

· Allocate resources effectively to support operational activities and initiatives

· Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met

· Continuously improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

· Communicate organisational objectives, policies, and initiatives to stakeholders and employees

· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance

· Prepare regular reports and presentations on departmental performance, achievements, and challenges for senior management

· Support employee development through training programs, mentoring, and coaching initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Strong analytical skills to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions

· Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions
