Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing Malaysia entities monthly/ annual accounting review and management reporting
• Assist in the Company’s entities budgeting in Jiu Qi reporting system
• Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecast for company’s entities
• Assist the superior in meeting the Group Chinese Reporting requirements and deadlines
• Understand the Chinese reporting requirement and be able to execute within the deadline set by the Headquarter in Singapore and China
• Assist the Manager in ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when assigned

• Preparation

- Oversee central kitchen bakery team

- Producation planning and employee scheduling.

- Advance preparation, weighing is done accurately, check extensibility and following the daily mixing schedule

• Dividing - Understanding the characteristics of each dough and able to perform troubleshooting

• Shaping - Understanding the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to the procedure

• Baking - Understanding and following the baking procedure and process

• Filing - Can weight correctly and understand the expiration date of each filling

• Sanitation – Understand and follow the correct cleaning procedures

Job Description:

• Work with the retail team to coordinate and facilitate the establishment of new retail stores.
• Assist in the identification and procurement of equipment, fixtures and fittings required for store operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of store fixtures and equipment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure retail stores are set up in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration / Management Studies / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Having a minimum of 1 years working experience in sales will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of cemen and concrete technology or building materials
• Knowledge of latest product trends and activities
• Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills for reporting and presentation purposes
