• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs

• Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams

• Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing

• Minimum 2-3 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill

• Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing

• Agency experience preferred

· Assist Chairman in manage daily operations of the Board of Directors, including organize meetings, convey information, etc.

· Track best practices in corporate governance within the industry and provide optimization suggestions to Chairman.

· Participate in discussions and implementation of the company's development strategy and major decisions, offer decision-making support to Chairman.

· Closely monitor regulations related to corporate governance, ensure company's governance mechanisms comply with regulatory requirements.

· Assist Chairman in handle governance matters related to the company's daily operations.

· Responsible in building of assistant office team.

· Maintain good communication with management and the Board of Directors, promote the effective implementation of corporate governance tasks.

Requirements:

· Over 5 years of experience in management or board secretary roles within the internet industry, IT, or SaaS software companies.

· Familiar with regulations related to corporate governance for publicly listed companies, with a deep understanding of governance mechanisms and best practices.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling complex corporate governance issues.

· Strong independent thinking and analytical abilities, capable of providing strategic advice to the company.

· Highly responsible, with strong professional ethics and a spirit of teamwork.

• Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, financial and management reporting for the holding company.
• Tasked with overseeing the billing activities between affiliated companies.
• Oversee the processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Enter and handle daily bank transactions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal controls. Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and reviewing tax returns and forms. Support the coordination of tax filling with Singapore tax agent.
• Team support - collaborate with the finance teams under the group, provide assistance and guidance, and support the financial controller in various financial tasks and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operation Manager and a team of Technicians to oversee multiple project sites.
• Lead and supervise teams invoved in facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure daily facility operations are safe, functional and well-maintained.
• Monitor maintenance services to ensure they are completed as scheduled and meet project requirements.
• Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget, expenses and recommend the cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with the external vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, cleaning and other facility services.
• Implement sustainable facility management practices to reduce energy consumption and improve environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, incidents, maintenance schedules, and expenditures.
• Respond to breakdown maintenance needs, working with the team to resolve issues.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management) with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Candidates without a Diploma must have at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant experience in facility management, operations management or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficient in spoken English.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior handyman experience is an advantage.

- Administration especially in compliance with Singapore laws.
