• Process membership applications including the tracking and following up for incomplete submissions
• Prepare membership package for new members
• Communication with members - respond to membership-related enquiries, feedback and requests via phone calls and emails.
• Perform backend membership processes, data maintenance and update members’ particulars in the database, ensure memberships are processed with a high degree of accuracy
• Invoicing and tracking of membership subscription
• Assist with renewal notification to members
• Assist with fact-finding on membership feedback matters and proactive highlight any business operations issues
• Assist with user acceptance testing on membership systems
• Assist in data analytics and cleaning
• Provide administrative support and any other duties as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a recognised diploma or GCE “A” level, with at least 3 years of working experience in processing of applications and administrative works
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as meticulous to detail are critical.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with capabilities to attend customers’ enquiries
• Willingness to take up new job responsibilities when required
• Proficient in MS office Application, especially Excel
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Prior experience in a membership organisation or banks backend operations will be advantageous.

You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and / or enhancement to Existing Lines. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the Contractors’ works. You will also assist in planning and managing the risks and cashflows of the various contracts as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations/payments/claims. During the course of work, you are expected to liaise with various parties, such as project teams, contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders to ensure the projects are well coordinated. You will also liaise with the appointed Railway Operator to review and address their feedback appropriately. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction of the track including the planning and schedule of locomotives at depot and mainline.

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction

• Preferably minimum 4 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure projects

• A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and trackwork

• Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records

• Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills

• Team player who is analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented

• Experience in the construction of Civil Defence shelters and underground MRT stations will be an advantage

• Candidate with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions

Job Description:

3.1. Assist to ensure that warehouse operations is efficient in meeting customers' service requirements. Make recommendations on process / service improvements.

3.2. Monitor and manage vendor performance to support operations in meeting customers' service requirements. Highlight consistent, poor vendor performance and make appropriate recommendations

3.3. Conduct training and development of Logistics Assistants to meet operational, safety and security requirements.

3.4. Ensure that operations staffs are competent, qualified and exercise proper care when they handle customer supplied equipment under their charge

3.5. Ensure that inventories in the warehouses are properly managed and accounted for during inbound, storage and outbound processes. Ensure that periodic cycle counts and stock-takes are carried out systematically according to the planned schedule. Analyse cycle count/ stock-take results and follow up with appropriate investigation and corrective actions, if necessary

3.6. Uphold the standards of housekeeping (orderliness and cleanliness) within the work areas, and ensure that customers' goods are handled with proper care

3.7. Track and meet KPIs set by management and customers. Provide feedback to Customers’ on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers.

3.8. Prepare and submit monthly reports and performance dashboards to the managers and/or customers as required.
