Description

As part of the Technology Project & Platform Delivery team, we are looking for a Scrum Master role who will act as a servant leader for designated Agile teams. Your ability to coach and mentor teams towards strong understanding of Agile values, principles and practices are critical. Roles and Responsibilities

• Channel Application Security lead, overseeing the team that provides day-to-day support for incidents and issues.
• Proactively reviews business volumes and trends for abnormalities. Take early prevention actions to avoid service disruptions.
