You will manage training-related administrative tasks and provide essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of nursing education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training Program Administration: Plan, organize, and facilitate nursing training programs, ensuring logistical needs and course materials are prepared.
· Collate nominations and registrations for ad-hoc and external courses.
· Monitor training attendance and utilization of training places.
· Arrange nursing forums, meetings, and related activities, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions.
· Prepare refreshments, logistics, and other requirements for training and meetings.
· Maintain accurate staff training records and databases.
· Collate post-course evaluation results and prepare summary reports for Nurse Educators.
· Enter Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points into the SNB website.
· Oversee the booking, cleanliness, and asset maintenance of the Skills Laboratory.
· Maintain inventory and perform checks on equipment functionality.
· Undertake any other duties assigned by the Nursing Education Team to support department operations.
Job Requirements:
· Min Nitec or Diploma in any discipline.
